The best ever!!!

The owner and staff were absolutely incredible - super personable, honest, and fun. Car shops have always made me nervous but Robert made everything so comfortable and kept me company while waiting. They were truthful with what was wrong with my car, which has always been an issue with car shops in the past. This is the only car shop I'll ever go to from now on and I'm telling everyone else to come here as well! Nothing but a totally positive experience.

I won't bore you with all the details, but suffice it to say Robert bailed me out of a very stressful situation with my car recently, He did it promptly and at a very reasonable price. Plus we got to talk golf for an hour while the car was being repaired! I can't recommend him highly enough and would give him 10 stars if that was an option.

Integretity is top notch. FYI - if your into rodeo, hunting etc... Tell Mr. knapp your stories, he would love to here. great business man/mechanic... Highly recommend...

Knapp auto repair is such a hidden gem that I am so glad I found! Just moved to Dallas and needed a mechanic I could trust who would treat me with respect and that's exactly what I found with Robert. He is so kind and really wants the best for his customers. Will go back for all my car needs!

Been taking my cars to Knapp since 2013. Prices are fair, services is good and if its not they make things right. Really enjoy the waiting room while stopping by for shorter services. Knapp's worked on my Honda Accord Coupe for various high mile issues, Fixed the 4 wheel steering system on my Acura TLX. Fixed electrical issues with my gf's V6 Camry, worked on my parents Jeep, and Infiniti's and now that i'm out of warranty my Infiniti, and GF's New Beetle Cabriolet. Next brake job I'm gonna ask the team to install some drilled slotted rotors. They can do it all, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

My family has known Robert and had our cars fixed by him for 20 years. Honest guy with good repairs for a reasonable price.
